About La Crosse Sewage Cleanup Pros
I'm Mike Schmidt, owner and lead technician at La Crosse Sewage Cleanup Pros. For years, I've been dedicated to serving our community right here in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Growing up and living in this area, I understand the unique challenges homeowners and businesses face, whether it's dealing with a sudden sewage backup in a historic home on the South Side or a commercial property near the La Crosse Center. My commitment is to provide prompt, thorough, and respectful emergency sewage cleanup services to my neighbors across Downtown, the North Side, and everywhere in between.
Our approach is rooted in understanding the local environment. La Crosse's humid continental climate means we experience everything from cold winters that can stress plumbing systems to warm, humid summers that can exacerbate water damage issues. We're familiar with the various types of housing stock found throughout La Crosse County, from older homes with cast iron pipes to newer constructions, and we tailor our sewage backup cleanup methods accordingly. When you call us, you're not getting a distant franchise; you're getting a local expert who knows the specific concerns of properties near Grandad Bluff or along the riverfront at Riverside Park, and who is dedicated to restoring your property efficiently and safely, minimizing disruption to your daily life.
Based right here in La Crosse, Wisconsin, we're always ready to respond. We pride ourselves on clear communication, upfront quotes, and workmanship you can inspect. We understand that a sewage emergency is stressful, and our goal is to make the cleanup process as straightforward and reassuring as possible, helping our community members in La Crosse, and even those in nearby cities like Winona or Eau Claire, get back to normal quickly.
I'm Mike Schmidt, and I founded La Crosse Sewage Cleanup Pros with a commitment to serving our community right here in La Crosse. Having grown up on the North Side and later raising my own family near Grandad Bluff, I've seen firsthand how our humid continental climate, with its cold winters and warm summers, can impact plumbing systems. After years working in property maintenance across Downtown and the South Side, I noticed a real need for a reliable, local team that understood the unique challenges of sewage backups in our older homes, especially those near the Mississippi River. We're not just a company; we're neighbors dedicated to restoring safety and peace of mind when unexpected sewage issues arise, whether it's a burst pipe during a deep freeze or a sump pump failure after heavy summer rains. We’re based right here in La Crosse, and I'm proud to lead a team that's ready to respond swiftly, from Riverside Park to the La Crosse Center, and even out to our neighbors in Winona and Eau Claire. What La Crosse, WI Customers Say
“Our basement drain backed up something awful after a heavy rain last spring, and the smell was just unbearable. La Crosse Sewage Cleanup Pros came out within hours. They not only cleared the blockage but also thoroughly disinfected the concrete floor and removed all the contaminated drywall. It was a huge relief to have it handled so quickly and professionally, especially since we store a lot of sentimental items down there.”
“We had a slow-draining toilet in our older home on the Northside that finally gave up the ghost and overflowed. It wasn't a huge amount of water, but it was sewage, and we were worried about lingering odors. The team from La Crosse Sewage Cleanup Pros arrived promptly, extracted the wastewater, and used their specialized equipment to dry out the area and sanitize everything. They even gave us tips on preventing it from happening again. Very impressed with their attention to detail.”
